I am using word 2013 and encountering two problems:

First Problem: I cannot set a continuous footer for the full document as the footers get divided in three sections.
After reading about this problem, I have tried to delete the page sections but that doesn't work. the option "same as previous" from the footer doesn't work either.

Second problem: I cannot add the footer + the page section in the format "1 of ..."

I would really appreciate your help.
