I cannot disable bullets when creating an e-mail, using Outlook with Word as my e-mail formatter. I can disable it in regular Word, via the Normal.dotm template. But, when I use the same settings for the NormalEmail.dotm template, it does not work. So, when I am creating a new e-mail and enter an asterisk, Word assumes I am starting a bulleted list--wrong. I have to manually, each time I enter an asterisk, turn off the autoformatting feature. What am I doing wrong, or missing? Is this a Word 2007 bug? Thank you.
