Picture border problem
Hi guys.
In Word I've got some inserted pics in that I choose a different border. When I go online to order it (Flyer) from an online-company, the result (preview) is very bad: The unvisible border in Word has become a grey/black border (see attachements). May you help me to resolve this problem? Kind regards NickDee |

I have essentialyl zero experience in graphic design (so someone may correct me if im wrong), but may be an issue to do with Raster vs Vector Images? I believe raster is basically pixel based, and vector is basically connect the dots for the computer. If you have access to them - pretty sure photoshop is rastor and illustrator is vector. So by producing the image in the right format may fix the issue...

If the on-line system accepts PDFs, you could try saving your document in that format. Assuming the PDF looks OK, the flyer should too; otherwise, the problem is with the online-company's setup. Whether that's something that affects just the on-screen appearance or the delivered product isn't something someone could say from this end.
