I want to give row and column name in the matrix.

How can I give, as I am inserting row its an part of matrix.

You would need to use at least 3 tables for this - your matrix, one above it for the columns, one to the left for the rows. To get your matrix into the correct position vis-à-vis the others, you will need to format it with 'around' text wrapping so you can position it as needed.
