Can't get tab exactly where I want it using the ruler
The attached picture shows how I want it formatted, with the N directly below the E above it. I got it were I want it, but I had to do it manually with the tab dialog. If I try to move the tab stop on the ruler it will only go slightly before or slightly after where I want it. Would anyone know how to overcome this, or if there's an easier way? Thanks.

I found the trick. If I set the tab with grid lines exposed I can get in the right place.

to make sure the words in the first line have the same indent as the second line, you could also press Tab before the E … if you haven't aleady; otherwise, you're relying on setting a tab stop to exactly the width of the opening double quotes
