Comments were lost after Word 2010 => 2013 migration.

I do not see any comment in MS Word 2013 when I open a document that was created in Word 2010.

I can create a New Comment OK, but it seems that old comments are lost.
Both "Next" and "Previous" icons under "Comments" group are disabled.
BTW: I can see all tracked changes OK.

I use the most recent version of Word 2013 according to File/Account/Product information.
