Looks to me like the unicode character with the wonderful name "rightwards harpoon with barb upwards" … see (among other possible references) http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/21c0/index.htm


Assuming you have a font that includes that glyph, what has just worked for me is to type the code 21C0 (using the numeric keypad for the figures) and then press Alt and x together. I have to admit this is the first time I've ever seen that trick work ;-}
