My heading 1 is the chapter title, and I want the number to the right. See attachment "Chapter number in heading 1". I was considering placing a field code for a number after a tab in the heading, but the result was that it started with a zero.

My other issue is that I want the chapter title and number in the header. See attachment "Chapter number and title in header".

To complicate things even further I want the chapter number to the left in the TOC. See attachment "TOC".
