Default Getting the line numbers in the footer to line up...?

As you can see, the top photo has a slightly lower margin than the bottom picture. I'd like both to be the same and formatted the same. I've been banging my head against this problem for two weeks now almost and can't figure it out.

Any tips?

You seem to have the PAGE fields inside textboxes in the footer. Getting a consistent vertical and horizontal alignment would be easier if you simply inserted the fields directly into the footer.

How do I change this? I had no idea I even inserted the PAGE fields inside the textboxes, how do I remove it?

In your link, there is a thick shape outline around the page # field on both pages. Simply copy the field from one of them then delete the entire box on both pages. Once you've done that, you can paste the field back into the actual footers.
