Remove Headings from navigation pane without altering format

I was given a number of forms that have multiple headings within each. I want to only have the one heading appear in the navigation pane, but I dont want the look or format of the form to change. Is there a way to do this without going through one at a time and changing the Style so that it is not a heading and then changing the font back to what it was manually?
