Default AutoText question

I'm new to this forum & I'm also not overly computer savvy so please bear with me. I've only recently been upgraded to Word 2007 from 2003 & the AutoText feature which I used a lot on 2003 isn't available on 2007 (at least not that I can find). The AutoCorrect is mercifully still right where it was on 2003 but I'd like to be able to permanently save full sentences, etc. I'm particularly interested in trying to save a report header that includes words & a watermark. I tried to trick it into letting me save it under AutoCorrect but it was way too smart for that! I copy & paste the header into the Clipboard but whenever I copy (or cut) & paste anything else, it overrides that header even though the Clipboard is supposed to hold 24 items. Is there a simple way to save this header or am I doomed to having to re-copy & re-paste it several times a day? Thanks for anyone who can help me with this.
