cannot save my file word

i can't save word. the notice like this picture. what can i do for my word?

Try saving the document to flash media that has sufficient space and buy a bigger hard drive.

A word of caution, though: several other threads in this forum have advised against trying to work with files on a USB stick. So, do as Graham says and buy a bigger drive; then copy your saved Word files from the flash media back to the new hard drive before you carry on using them.
