How to reduce template Graphics and content to print smaller than native size?
Hi there, my stepfather is using a Word certificate template and he needs to print it out on an A4 page but the graphical content needs to be printed smaller than its native size. I.E. he needs to fit the printed certificate into a envelope 11.3 x 22.4 cm so the certificate needs to be no larger than 11 x 22cm on the A4 page then he'll trim the A4 to the correct size.
The problem is how does he reduce the graphical contents of the template? Please help! EDIT: they are just going to print to A4 instead of changing the graphics now! Last edited by timredd; 05-31-2015 at 07:39 PM. Reason: answer no longer needed |

You could simply re-scale the graphics, by selecting them and dragging any corner inwards, or by using the sizing tools on the 'Picture Tools' contextual ribbon to do the same thing.
