pictures in word as HTML

Long story, but sufficient that I lost my copy of Front Page which I've generated my website with. (www.frenchblat.com). I have purchased a new copy of Office and am using word for the web site pages.

Problem is the pictures on the site get larger each time I edit the page (every day).

I'm using "quick parts", selecting "field", "Include Picture" and ticking "data not stored with document"

Can anyone tell me how to add pictures that stay the same size?



Or give me a valid key for Front Page...

You can see the results at www.frenchblat.com select the shortcut "MG TC" and select "MAY" All the other pages on the site were generated in Front Page.
