Putting writing next to an image on Word for CV HELP :(!
Hi, first time posting! But I need some help so badly!
I need to rewrite my CV to a French template, after moving here last month. I'm having a huge amount of issues trying to get writing next to my photo, like this example below - http://exemples.livecareer.fr/?_ga=1...452.1431933391 Evert time I try it goes out of alignment or moves the photo down....I'm completely stuck and just want to get this CV done so I can hand it out! If someone could please explain this, in a way that someone who has no knowledge of this would understand! I looked at Word and it says Word for Mac 2011. Version 14.0.0. if that's important...? Please don't consider what my OS and Word version on my profile says because I have no idea what I clicked! Please help and I'll be eternally virtually grateful to you forever <3 Thanks! x |

If what you want is similar/same as your example, a quick and easy way is to create a 2 (or 3) column table. Insert the graphic in column 1, use column 2 to separate the graphic from the text and, use column 3 for your text.
Hope this helps. |

Also, after creating the table, you can make the borders invisible by opening the Borders and Shading dialogue, either from the Table Format dialogue for from the ribbon, and select "None."
