I want to remove the Grey Background someone can help.

Does this print?

I suspect it indicates a field but there is no way for me to tell from a screen shot of a small part of a page.

Another possibility is that shading has been applied to text. As Charles wrote, it's difficult to tell from a screen shot.

Are you allowed to post an attachment in Word format? You get access to that option if you click the Go Advanced button at the bottom of a reply form.
