Question Formatting (Changing color)

I have to change several hundred documents and one of the changes I have to make is changing the font color in certain instances. Typically, the font to be changed with within brackets. For instance, I need to change:
<Name> to <Name> or
<Employee> to <Employee>

There are numerous changes to be made (not just <name>) within hundreds of documents.

Is there a way to do an automatic search for words in between brackets to automatically change the color to red? I would also need the brackets to be changed to red as noted above.

Thank you,

Dawn
