A nifty tool to jump from table to table, comment to comment
In versions of Word prior to Word 2013, there was a very useable function in the lower right corner of the scren, on the vertical scrollbar itself. It allowed you to specify if the next click on the up- or on the down-arrow should take you to the next comment, next table, next page etc. I can't find this function anymore. Is it still there, hidden somewhere, so that you could get it out again if you not what to look for?

You are right, it is gone. There are no plans to bring it back.
This is called the browse object. Ctrl+G is as close as it gets. Once you have selected an object to search for in this dialog, the Ctrl+PgUp and Ctrl+PgDn keys will take you to the previous and next object of that type. (They default to page.) See this forum thread for more. |
