Default Printing content of textbox Active X control

I am having issues printing the entire content of a textbox (activex control). The textbox is set to 0 height and has vertical scroll bars. If the content exceeds the size of the textbox, the scroll bars become present. however, when printing, only the text visible on the PC screen prints - not the entire content of the textbox?
