Hey there,
for my Masterthesis I have to create a questionnaire which asks for characterisitcs of special practices. It will be answered digital. To get the most possible number of valid questionnaires - means there are no two answers marked for one question - i want to group the checkboxes so there can be just one answer marked. The questionnaire is attached, it might give you a better impression of what i mean. I already tried to do it with Active-X but I did not get very far with that, probably because of my limited knowledge about that. The Question is now: How can I ensure that there can be just one checkbox marked in a row? Thank you for your help in advance Greetings Philipp |

Word is not the best way of doing this. There are much better online tools to create questionnaire and collate the results. If you do a google search you should find plenty of possibilities.
However, if you want to use Word with content controls (as per your example) then you will need to enable macros and include code to manage this. See Greg Maxey's blog for further information http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/...n_buttons.html
