Default how can i change the default language on my office programs?

I have office 2007 on a windows 7 laptop; my only issue is that this is the same version of office my parents purchased back in mexico when we used to live there so it makes all the programs be in spanish completely, which is fine for me sicne I'm bilingual but whenever my boyfriend or roommate try to use it they are super confused since everything is in spanish.

I was able to change the default language to english so that when i type in english it is able to recognize and spellcheck, but i would really like to change the settings so that the entire program runs in english.
Anyone know how i can modify this?!
