get rid of L shaped lines at the top of the document

How do I get rid of those L shaped lines at the top of the document...they annoy me so much!  Thanks!

Ok, and now the expert version of the problem lol
What if I have exactly the same problem but it doesn't work with what you said? I also tried another thing I read on the internet, that is, to change the MS Office language settings, removing any Asian language from it (in fact, no one was added). However, the crop marks are still there
 .Some other option, please? They're SO annoying. Thank you so much!!
