I created an envelope file with a graphic in the return address using EnvelopeExtra1.

I've been using that file for quite some time - more than a two years. Suddenly, none of my recipient addresses are printing now. I have no idea why. I even created a brand new envelope file to print my one-off envelopes and still it won't print the address. The return address prints fine. What am I doing wrong?
