In an earlier century (a couple back, at least), I created a mail merge program, using an Excel file source, which I have used over the years. The Word label uses IF statements in order to ignore printing certain blank fields.
When I created this label, I remember being able to strike a couple of keys (e.g., Control + something) in order to bring up the formatting on the screen for editing. Now that I am much older and wiser, I am unable to recall the combination of keys that brings up the formatting, or disables seeing the formatting, for that matter. Thanks for any help.
