Default Increment Numbers

Hi,

I am hoping this can be done.

We have asked to create a template which has a order number on the bottom of the page. I could use the auto page number but the want the same number on two pages (it will be duplexed)

Can this be done?

Do you want an order number or page numbering? If the former, see http://www.gmayor.com/automatic_numbering_documents.htm

If you put the following field structure in the footer, it will produce the format you require

{ IF { =MOD ({ PAGE },2) } = 1 "{=( { PAGE } +1) / 2 }" "{ =({ PAGE } /2) }" \# "000"}

Note each bracket pair { } is inserted with CTRL+F9 (or you can find macros that will help with that on my web site).
