Default Word 2013 Prof+ How to Open Files from Computer

We just got Office 2013 from Office 2007. We all access the same documents from one drive on our server. Is there any easy way to access the drives available from an Explorer view on file open? Can I make favorite folders above the Browse button where it has:

Computer
** can I add favorite locations here
Current Folder
Recent Folders
Browse

OR under
OPEN
Recent Documents
One Drive

Computer
Add a Place
** Can I add favorite folders from our main drives like the explorer view?
**Can I add a favorite folder here?

We used to click File/Open and automatically have access to all drives. Now I have to click File/Open/Computer/Browse, then I get the drives and have to go find the file from there. So many more steps. Can it be a trusted location? I don't even know what that means.
