Default Document Map - Random white space??

In my Document Map, I have Headers and some chapter dividers that have extra white space on the left. When I try to convert them to an epub or mobi file, they retain these spaces and look pushed over.

How do I get rid of these spaces in the Document Map so they appear normal like the rest of my chapter headers?

Here is a picture, as you can see, the 'TWO' is pushed to the left: http://postimg.org/image/dl2vrpyrb/

Try attaching a sample document. To do that, click on the Go Advanced button at the bottom of the text entry window. The screen, to me, looks like Outline View, but I could be mistaken. The indenting relates to the outline level of the paragraph as seen by Word.

Leading spaces would be visible in the Document Map, if that helps. But, as Charles suggested, we need to see the whole document (or at least the relevant parts of it).

See Doug Robbins' reply to a similar question in the Microsoft Community:

It seems worth testing...
