CD Cover Template

Hi there,



Are there any templates online (or even in Word itself) that'll create CD covers for me? If not, does anyone know how I can manually create, say, four 5" x 4" squares (that I can fill with song names, etc) that will fit on one 8x11" sheet of paper?

Any help with this would be appreciated.
