Do you know how to print the structure view of a word document?

If you mean a view that shows the different levels, I think you could get quite close with a (custom) ToC; the first screenshot shows how they can match quite closely.

If you mean the sort of structured view I'd expect in xml, as shown in the second screenshot, I haven't seen this as a Word option.

looks very like a Table of Contents without page numbers :-} try this …
  1. type Alt+I, then F to open the Insert fields dialogue
  2. scroll down to TOC and click once to select it
  3. click [Table of Contents…]
  4. clear (deselect) the Show page numbers checkbox
  5. click [OK] to generate a new Table of Contents without page numbers
note: I don't have 2007, but suspect/hope fields haven't changed much
