Adding Numbered Lists to Forms

Hi,

I am working on creating a form for users to fill in. Most of the fields are straight forward. There is one field that I would like the user to be able to create a numbered list. Sometimes there are 6 items, sometimes 12 or more. Is there a way to allow the user to add a numbered list to a word form?

Is this "Filling in forms" type of protection? As you design the form, you could apply a numbered style to the paragraph that contains the text form field, before applying protection to the document.

Yes it is the filling in form type of protection. Is this what you meant?

Does the cell to the right of "Bid Details" contain a text form field with numbering?
