I want to create a drop down menu which will let me choose the paragraph that
I want to insert into my document. I tried with auto text but you are limited on the amount of characters that you use. Any help would be great. Thank you. |

Select the paragraph, then, on the Insert tab, from the Quick Parts pulldown menu, choose Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery. This will make it a Building Block that you can choose from the Building Blocks Organizer under Quick Parts. I tested it with a paragraph of more than 100 words, and it saved the whole thing.
