Evening everyone, as stated in title, i had face this problem half year already. i tried to reinstall and also tried 2007 microsoft office but still the same thing happened. Anyone have any idea to solve this problem?

It might seem obvious to you but what are we meant to see that you can't see? I assume we are meant to be looking at something that isn't displayed in your screenshot but I am going to need a hint.

when i opened the file, the equation just show as a blank rectangle. when i double clicked it, the equation show symbol but funky.
