HI Folks, For some time now I've been using a version of word that was formatted to do this:



When creating a bulleted list with sub bullets (I don't know what to call it), I could write the first line of bulleted text (marled by a solid black bullet)
and then after hitting the return button, all I had to do was press the tab button once for it to indent with a new sub bullet (marked with a clear circle bullet).

Now, all of a sudden, this is not happening anymore and I cannot find out why. I have tried formatting a new document with these presets and it does not stick. I have no idea why, or what to do to correct this.

I really need a WERD (a word nerd) to help me with this. Is there someone our there for whom Word is the air they breathe and can give me some pointers.
