Org Chart box sizes

Is there a way to individually adjust the size of the boxes in the org chart? If I have one that has a great deal of information that I'd like to enlarge and several others I'd like to reduce in size, is that possible?? I can not seem to figure it out. Sample attached.

I have encounted this seemingly locked graphic problem before, but I have managed to unlocked yours, so that the boxes can be edited. I'm attaching it.
