I have multiple sections in my 500 page document. Each section (chapter) has page numbering starting again at 1.
The TOC looks great and is exactly as I need it. The Index however, I can only get to show the page number, which is not very useful as the item I am looking for may in fact be on page 10, but page 10 of which chapter. I have spent too many hours trying to find this solution. Is there a way I can get the index to show chapter number and page number? |
