I have to fill in several "fill in the blank" forms. I wish to set a style using bold and underline. I tried setting up a new style, but it defaults back to "normal" after each line even if I click "Set as Default"

How would I set this style as default but not affect the original document.
Right now I have to click "underline" and "bold" for every single entry.

I need every new entry in this document to be Bold and Underlined wihout clicking them each and every time.

Any suggestions?
