Default Embedding Excel and link to cell adress

Hi!

I'm creating some tables in a Excel documnet and then i move those to a Word document. The tables have links to another Excel document. I link to specific cells, e.g. filename.xlsx#'Sheet1'!$C$83.
Is there anyway to embed the Excel document (the one the links lead to) and also link to it in the same way as you can when the document is separate? I know how to embed Excel objects but i cannot find out if it's possible to create hyperlinks to it. Anyone know?

If that's not possible, does anyone know how to create hyperlinks that does not require the paths do be maintained? e.g. if i have my files in C:\temp and then move all of them to C:\temp2 the links will not work anymore. Anyway of creating them so the documents only have to be in the same folder for it to work?

Cheers!
