Default Alignment issue

Hi guys,

I can't use word at all and I have been trying to fix this problem for hours without success.

I was supposed to help my gf wh the alignment of the txt on her CV, but I cannot do it without creating a mess.

As you can see in the pic I draw a red line to show exactly the problem.
I can't manage to find a way to fix it in automatic. I tried to move (with space) the letters, but it's just very very messy. Can you please help me?

The CV is a generally formatted as a Table.
Turn on display of table gridlines. This is on the left end of the Table Layout ribbon.
