Default Field Help

I have 3 forms that work perfectly. When I open the document a box appears asking for information. I thank fill in the information and it places it within the body of the document. What I am looking to do is to see if I can get a box to pop up ask for information x and place that in multiple sections within the body of the email.



I want to take each of the attached files put them in 1 file and add a page break after the closing within each one.

Based on Word Help it seems like it has to do with the Field ASK button and the Field REF button but I don't see it as giving me a choice to change the text. This will be used my multiple people. I hope you guys understand my question and have the answer.

The files that I used are saved .dot so I can't upload them. I go to insert, field, fill in to create the pop ups.
