Default How to include a tabspace between a text with autocorrect option

Hi there,

This is my first post in this forum. First of all thank you all for helping newbies like me. I need to include a tabspace in my text with autocorrection option.
For example, if need to type Kevin Parker <tabspace> : , i have set autocorrection key as "ke-". That means, when i press, i need word to display kevin parker : (My text + a tabspace + a semicolon+ a space). Please see the image. Please help me how to achieve this with autocorrect option.

In a blank document, create the content that you want the AutoCorrect entry to insert. Select it. Click File tab | Options | Proofing | AutoCorrect Options. On the AutoCorrect tab, you'll see the selection highlighted in the "With" box. Select "Formatted text" if it isn't already selected. Type in a trigger for the entry in the "Replace" box, and then click Add.

Note that formatted AutoCorrect entries are stored in the Normal template.

Hi, thank you for the reply. It's working. But the cursor will move to next line after the text insertion. How to prevent this.

It seems as if you have inadvertently included the paragraph mark (¶) when you created the AutoCorrect entry. Recreate the entry, making sure that you do not include the paragraph mark this time.

To show/hide nonprinting marks, click the ¶ button on the Home tab.

Note that not including the paragraph when you select text in a paragraph might be tricky. It will be simpler if you first clear the "Use smart paragraph selection" at File tab | Options | Advanced.
