Hi,
I have a word document made up of over 200 'Headings' and various styles. I would like to find a way of finding all instances of 1 particular character style (there are over 2,000 instances of this style which are all 1-2 words within a normal paragraph style) and include which heading it sits under. At the moment I have tried to find all instances of the Headings stye and the other style and copy and paste them however the paste creates a listing in order of styles (i.e. all headings then all of the other style) rather than in the order in which they appear. Is there any other way that I could do this? Thanks Lucy |
