Creating a TOC seems straight forward, but I am confused about how to create an index for a book to appear at the end of the book. Any good references? Windows; Woed 2013 |

You might start with:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/wo...001226499.aspx; and http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/CreateIndex.htm
