Default trouble with excel to word links.

I copy some data from excel and paste it (Paste Options -> link & merge formatting) into the word..... but text formating in word goes with defect.

How i can repair it?

maybe I can use an alternative method of insertion?

some screen, if it may help:

When pasting, expand the 'Paste' options by clicking on the down arrow below the Paste button. These will other 'paste link' options to choose from. Experiment till you find one that suits your needs.

A 'shortcut' would be just use the same font in both the excel and word documents. For my project, I have specific sheets in my Excel file that all preformatted with the same font as my word document.

on the toolbar I found "Past" button and "past special" options. In the new frame I choose "Past link" and "Unformatted text", and I'm happy!!!
