page numbers
I have a 5 page document in which i placed information in the header section for pages 2, 3, 4 & 5 (page 1 requires nothing in the header section ). I now need to place a page number from page 2 to page 5 but when i go to do this is erases the header.
How do i place information in header for pages 2 to 5 and also have a page number in the footer starting with page 2 through to page 5? Thanks Rich
