Default Another user name and my picture in upper right hand corner of Word, Visio, Excel, but not Outlook

Hello, I have a user who somehow got my name next to his photo in the upper-right hand corner of Word, Visio, and Excel. Outlook shows correctly. It is just Word, Visio, and Excel. I am pretty sure I have tried every setting known to mankind. Have not done system restore because of sensitive data and not wanting to take a chance of having to reinstall. However, maybe system restore is only option left. Of course, could mess around in registry, but that is dangerous too. Did repair of Office, nogo. Any ideas how to fix this?
