Default Make text strikeouts visible in final document

Never mind, I found it. Thanks.

I need to create a document, which in FINAL form, without Track Changes on, shows text with strikeouts through it, next to the text that is replacing it. I need to save it showing both the struck out text and the added text and to send it via email so that it does not automatically open in Track Changes. How do I do this? Thanks.
