I have Word 2007. My paragraphs are formatted so that there is a set amount of space after each paragraph.
So I've got this one sentence that is also its own paragraph, but at the end of the first line, it breaks into a new paragraph with the extra space. But when I try to delete the paragraph mark, nothing happens. How can I get rid of it?

Without actually seeing the problem document, it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
