I need help please. I have created a form we use and it is protected when sent out. Each time some one tabs over to a new Text Form field to type in the information a popup box appears. How do I get this to stop?
I have attached a screenshot of the popup box. Thanks in advance for the help |

Posting a document containing just a screen shot isn't terribly useful. At a guess, I'd say you document has formfields with the 'calculate on exit' property checked, plus either a FILLIN field or an ASK field that is used to solicit information. The 'calculate on exit' property causes Word to update all fields, which results in the FILLIN field or an ASK field displaying. Depending on who well the field coding for the document has been done, the solution might be as simple as providing whatever the FILLIN field or an ASK field requires.
