I have a issue here with print word document. Situation as

1) 1 Page document (A4 size) send to printer
2) It will print but a second blank page appear after that ... follow by reprint and jammed.

3) Printer already set to A4 size

4) No problem for printer to print a test page from control panel.

I have tried different document on different laptop and PC to the same printer .... all behave the same way ....

What is wrong with the setting?

Your description suggests there is a hardware problem with your printer. It has nothing to do with Word. I suggest you get the printer repaired or replaced.

Thanks but how come a test page is good and clear ?

Perhaps because your printer's mechanism only fails when there is more than one page. Regardless, the fact you have the same problem with different PCs and different documents shows it's a printer issue.

Thanks ... But printing single page or more than 1 page of power point or eXcel is good....

That still doesn't make it a Word problem. As I have already said, the fact you have the same problem with different PCs and different documents shows it's a printer issue.
