Default Option buttons for multiple choice questions

I am trying to adapt a text based multiple choice test to be interactive. (Allows pupils using laptops to access it)

The first question works fine but Q2 erases the options selected for Q1.

How do I separate the questions?
  • tried separate cells in a table
  • tried inserting breaks (continuous) - all to no avail!

I use Word 2000 but can work it out from advice for a later edition. [With 15years experience I am not going to flush that down the pan!]

To use the ActiveX option buttons, you will need to group them by Question. To do that for a given Question:
• Select one of the buttons and click the Properties button. In the list of properties, assign a value to the GroupName property.
• Use the dropdown at the top of the Properties list to select another button that should belong to the same group. Put in the same value for GroupName that you used in the first button. Repeat this for all the buttons in the first group.

By choosing the 'Mark this thread as solved' from the 'Thread Tools' dropdown. Done.
